Person I spoke on the phone was rude and seemed more annoyed then anything when asked if there were any available loaners. Didn't save my appointment for oil change. Person that saw me in understood exactly who it was and got me in regardless. Was very helpful.

My experience has less than acceptable. I have continued to follow up on issues related to my vehicles and don’t get any resolution until it is costing me. The ethics related to customer service are shady.

As with all service visits... promptly got the parts, serviced the trucks front suspension and steering components. As th8s is a k3500 HD dually, they don't have the equipment to do the alignment. They recommend a shop, delivered my dually to it and I brought the Service Advisor right back to the dealership.

I'm not the biggest fan of Chevrolet in general because of the problems I've had with my purchases of recent. Having said that, Travis in service is a spectacular representation of above and beyond service for Rush. He represents the organization well and is always great communicating and setting expectations.

I won’t be returning. I was told oil changes were covered since I purchased the car there. They were covered up until this time and now I’m told that isn’t the case. I am about to purchase an additional car, but it won’t be here because I was lied to.
